Your flat-rate membership includes 24/7 home monitoring and maintenance / emergency services, including:

1. Emergency services:

  • Lockout service.
  • Clearing clogged drains or toilets using a drain snake or auger.
2. Plumbing services:
  • Fixing minor leaks in faucets, pipes, or toilets.
  • Repairing or replacing a leaky faucet or showerhead.
  • Fixing a running toilet by installing or replacing the flapper or fill valve.
  • Repairing or replacing a dripping or leaking pipe joint.
3. Appliance maintenance:
  • Cleaning refrigerator coils to improve efficiency.
  • Replacing refrigerator water filters.
  • Garbage Disposal: Clean and sanitize
  • Drains: Check and clean drains at kitchen and bathroom sinks
  • Dishwasher: Clean dishwasher filter
  • Adjusting or leveling a dishwasher to ensure proper operation.
  • Range hood or microwave oven: Clean or replacing filters
  • Troubleshooting washing machines or dryers.

Once you complete your signup you will be contacted by your Home Manager via email. They will work with you to set up the date and time for your first Home Assessment.

During signup, emergencies will trigger an instant response. Otherwise, you will schedule your first home service. The normal scheduling window is within 2 weeks after your signup.

In additiona to any emergencies, we will visit your home for maintenance, a minimum of 2 times per year, or every six months.
