Your flat-rate membership includes 24/7 home monitoring and maintenance / emergency services, including:

1. Emergency services:

• Lockout service.
• Clearing clogged drains or toilets using a drain snake or auger.

2. Plumbing services:

• Fixing minor leaks in faucets, pipes, or toilets.
• Repairing or replacing a leaky faucet or showerhead.
• Fixing a running toilet by installing or replacing the flapper or fill valve.
• Repairing or replacing a dripping or leaking pipe joint.

3. Appliance maintenance:

• Cleaning refrigerator coils to improve efficiency.
• Replacing refrigerator water filters.
• Garbage Disposal: Clean and sanitize
• Drains: Check and clean drains at kitchen and bathroom sinks
• Dishwasher: Clean dishwasher filter
• Adjusting or leveling a dishwasher to ensure proper operation.
• Range hood or microwave oven: Clean or replacing filters
• Troubleshooting washing machines or dryers.

4. Other Maintenance:

• Lubricating squeaky hinges or door locks.
• Furnace Filter: Change or clean filter
• Checking and adjusting water heater temperature settings.
• Inspecting and testing smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
• Caulking around sinks, bathtubs, or showers to prevent water damage.
• HVAC Filter: Change or clean filter
• Dryer Vent: Clean/vacuum dryer vent
• Fire Extinguishers: Check pressure, look for physical damage, clean
• Light Bulbs: Check lightbulbs and replace as necessary
• Smoke & CO2 Detectors: Replace batteries and test

Once you complete your signup you will be contacted by your Home Manager via email. They will work with you to set up the date and time for your first Home Assessment.

During signup, emergencies will trigger an instant response. Otherwise, you will schedule your first home service. The normal scheduling window is within 2 weeks after your signup.

In additiona to any emergencies, we will visit your home for maintenance, a minimum of 2 times per year, or every six months.

Your membership comes with a service card. Call or contact your Home Manager to arrange a service.

Your subscription includes a limited number of on-demand calls and home maintenance every 6 months. Outside of the subscription service, LeakSense charges a flat rate of $99/hour for all labor.

Consumable materials or parts such as filters, batteries, and light bulbs are not included in your home services.

During your first appointment, our technician will accomplish tasks and meet quality workmanship. The technician will also document the make and model of your HVAC, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and other electric appliances. This information is necessary to purchase the correct replacement parts during future visits.  He/She will also install sensors to track both electric and water leakage free of charge.  The appointment generally takes 45 minutes to complete.
